Customer follow-ups
Throughout the creation process (during the contract), the customer benefits from the right to change the premises offered only during the exchange provided for this purpose. An email inviting you to confirm or give your new instructions will be sent to you. Only the changes indicated by the customer in this email, will be taken into account.
We make sure to follow you throughout the creative process of your products, until receipt for certain ranges but it is impossible for the customer to request any modifications after final validations and sharing with the customer (end of contract) . We still make sure we understand your expectations and take all your feedback into account.

The print quality is beyond our control but we make sure to obtain the best result to offer it to you.
Shipping policy
Deliveries are beyond our control. We decline all responsibility in the event of damage, loss or theft.
Several choices of delivery method are possible. We decline all responsibilities in the event of delay or involuntary change of our will.
Exchanges and refunds
There is currently no possibility of exchange or refund, but the Sim-STUDIO team will support you as much as possible to help you and offer you fair and functional solutions for both parties.
Due to the uniqueness of the products produced and the non-storage of your private and personal information, the duplication of graphic or printing elements after the first contract can prove to be complicated or even impossible ... The creation of a new project and therefore a new contract will have to be established. However there are exceptions.
