I have found the t-shirt I want but I cannot select my size ...

 

Refer to our size guide available for each item in their own gallery or on our explanatory page on this subject. We always try to be clear to you.

Has my order already been sent?

 

As soon as you receive an Email with your tracking number, your order is on its way! Otherwise, take a good look at your Spam Email. If not, check if you haven't made a mistake with your Email address. If so, contact us quickly at support@locomotee.com.

Part of my order is missing...

 

It is possible that your order arrives in several times (several packages). In principle, you are informed and will receive several tracking codes per package.

Go to your Email or to your customer page for more information and in case of problems, contact us quickly at support@locomotee.com.

What payment methods can I use?

 

We accept payment via Paypal and Credit Card. Subsequently, we would like to offer you more choices, possibilities and in different currencies. We love our customers and wish to cherish them... 😉😘

Is it safe to order online?

 

Check first of all that you are on a secure page with the code "HTTPS" in front of its domain name. For example, https://locomotee.com.

In addition, we use the world's most secure payment methods like Paypal. If you do not wish to link your bank account, it is possible to use so-called "prepaid" cards.

We also guarantee not to keep your data private and the payment methods are encrypted.

My order should have arrived, but I still haven't received it. What should I do ?

Before contacting us, please help us by doing the following:


Check your Shipping Confirmation Email to detect any error in the shipping address
Ask your local post office if they have your package
Visit your neighbors in case the courier has left them the package


If the shipping address is correct and the package has not been dropped off at the post office or at your neighbor's, contact us at support@locomotee.com indicating your order number.
If you have found an error in your shipping address, please contact us promptly at support@locomotee.com , we will resend your order but shipping will be at your expense.

Our return and refund policy.

We only offer a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Contact us at support@locomotee.com Attention, you must be aware of our Terms of Sales before sending!

 

If there is a problem with your order, please let us know by contacting us at support@locomotee.com and sending us pictures of the damaged items. We will do what is necessary to reimburse you. Go to point 06.

Can you give me more information about the t-shirt?

All our T-shirts are of certified organic origin and are only made on demand. We do not have any stock. Plus, each Tshirt has its own size guide, so you don't go wrong. If you have more questions, do not hesitate to contact us at info@locomotee.com.

Can I track my order?

 

You will receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. If you have any questions regarding the tracking or shipping of your order, write to us at info@locomotee.com.

I received damaged items!

 

We are very sorry if the product you ordered has arrived damaged.
To help us resolve this issue quickly, please email us at support@locomotee.com within 2 weeks with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have regarding your order.

I forgot to use my discount code...

 

Unfortunately, it is not possible to go back and place your discount code... However, it could still be available. for your next order! However, pay attention to its expiration date...

Delivery - How much is and how long does it take?

 

You can make a "test" order (without proceeding to payment) to see our prices on delivery. It differs depending on your location.

Then it usually takes 3-7 days to process an order, after which it is shipped. The delay
shipping depends on where you live, but it can be estimated as follows:

Europe: 3 - 8 working days

United States: 3 - 4 business days
Australia: 2 - 14 business days
Japan: 4 - 8 business days
International: 10 - 20 working days

[Covid-19] When will I receive my order?


Our delivery times may be longer than usual and may continue to increase until things return to normal. We are seeing delays in our supply chain, including at distributors and carriers, as the entire industry faces challenges.

Will customs fees be added?

In most cases, no. But additional customs and tax fees may be charged for international orders. These charges are beyond our control and will be charged by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. So please check with your local customs office directly if they apply any duties and taxes to your purchases.

Can I exchange an item for a different size / color?

Unfortunately for our planet, yes... Please take note of our Terms of Sales and our FAQs. If you are not sure which size is best for you, take a look at our size guides: we have one for each item listed on our store, in this section of the site.

 

Although this is rare, it is possible that an item you ordered is incorrectly labeled. If so, please let us know at support@locomotee.com within one week of receiving your order. Fill in your order number and photos of the mislabelled item, and we'll send you a new one, or refund your money!
